Syringe Assembly Machine

This machine assembles 3-parts type Disposable Syringes with mounted Needles automatically.
Each parts of Syringes including Needles are fed and loaded into four Vibratory Bowl Parts Feeders or Centrifugal Parts Feeders which around assembly index table. Linear feeders located between each feeders orient components to assembly index for assembling. Inner surface of Syringe Barrel is silicon lubricated prior to assembly.
 
The machine’s output is 23,000pcs to maximum 27,000pcs or more per one hour for 3cc and 5cc syringe. Operating attendant is required generally only to maintain components supplies for Bowl Feeders, and to observe output stage.
 
This automatic assembly machine is specially designed in order to perform in both of intermittent and continuous motion assembles for multi shifts production.
